Trinity racing got off to a good start on Saturday of -1st, with the women entering a four in City Bumps. We knew it would be a tough day keeping the high place we achieved last year, and the weather certainly lived up to those expectations! We started off the day cycling back from CORC in the snow, ready to prepare for our first race. Behind Wadham and in front of Linacre, our first race was tough in heavy rain and was the first of four row overs that day. A few races (and many changes of clothes later) the weather improved and we finished off the day racing in the sunshine and without being bumped. Shout out to Tom Coles, coxing his last official event with JCBC!

We’re all looking forward to trying to maintain and improve our position at next year’s event, and aim to improve over short distances over the next term.
